With over 26 years of experience in martial arts, modern dance, and fitness, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring movement in all its forms.

In my 40s, my focus has shifted to blending Yin practices such as Qigong, Tai chi, mixed with Kung fu, functional strength  and natural movement.
